Ordering Information

You can place your order online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX or PayPal. If you prefer not to place your order online, you may place your order by telephone at (216) 595-1310 (9am-5pm EST Mon-Fri).

There will be times, due to unforeseen circumstances, that an item listed as in stock will be out of stock or discontinued. If there is a problem with the availability of any of the items on your order ( i.e., if an item is discontinued or is not in stock), we will contact you by telephone.

Shipping Policies

In-stock orders are generally shipped (not delivered) via a ground service within 2 business days and most items are shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that fulfillment estimates are in business days and not calendar days.

An email containing the tracking number of your order will be sent to you as soon as an invoice is created. Please note that the tracking number will only start to show transit progress once it is scanned into the carrier’s system (put on a truck). If your tracking number shows no progress, please check it again after 5pm EST.

If you are outside of the United States, and are having problems placing an order through our website, please call or email us for assistance. Most items being delivered within the contiguous US will ship FedEx ground. There are, however, larger items that must travel via a truck freight service.
